Please read there Terms and Conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. Nothing in these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

When you place an Order with us, you agree to be bound by these terms and condition. No other terms, conditions, warranties or representations will apply. By agreeing to these Terms of Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and place an order with us.

We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Conditions by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Orders

We have the right to refuse any Order and it will not bind us until we have accepted your Order and issued you with notification in writing that your Order has been accepted.

It is your responsibility to make sure that the terms of your Order are complete and accurate.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a product (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.The price applicable is that set at the date on which you place your order and confirmed at Checkout in our online shop. Shipping costs and payment fees are recognised before confirming the purchase. 

The supply of Goods is subject to availability. If we do not supply the Goods to you for any reason, we will not charge you for those Goods and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we are unable to supply the Goods.

You accept that not all orders are available in stock for immediate dispatch and some products may have a production lead time. We will endeavour to communicate an estimate of the lead-time upon your request. Should this quoted time not be met due to production constraints we will endeavour to communicate this with you as soon as possible and find a suitable solution. Again, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses which you may suffer if we are unable to supply the Goods within the initially estimated lead time.

If, after accepting the Order, we discover that the Goods are unavailable, we will notify you of this and refund or re-credit you for the price of the Goods or supply you with substitute goods.

Please note that any local taxes, including sales taxes and import duties, may incur depending on your region. You are fully responsible for the payment of those taxes.

Products

We will use our reasonable endeavours to ensure that the information contained on the Website is accurate and up to date at the time however pictures, illustrations and description of the Goods on the Website are for guidance only.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

Cancellation

If you change your mind and wish to change or cancel your Order you can do so at any time during the seven (7) working days after the day on which your Goods are delivered to you. You can do this by writing to us and giving us details of the Goods you ordered and informing us whether they have been delivered or not.

We will refund the amount you have paid (excluding post charges) within thirty (30) days of the goods arriving back at our address or within thirty (30) days from our acceptance of cancellation in writing if you have not yet received the product or service you have purchased.

If you cancel the Order but you fail to return the Goods to us then we will be entitled to charge you for our direct costs, being the cost of the Goods if you do not return them, or the cost of return delivery if we have incurred these costs.

If you cancel your Order in accordance with the above terms you should take reasonable care of the Goods whilst they are in your possession and Goods should be returned with their original packaging and securely packed so that they are not damaged during transit. We have the right to refuse the full refund if the item is not received in fully re-sellable condition, including the original packaging.

Cancellation and Returns are not accepted for items that are B Stock or sold as Used.

Defects and Returns

If you have bought one of our products from this website and you discover that on delivery, more or less than the correct amount of Goods have been delivered then you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery and no later than seven (7) days from delivery. We will take the necessary actions to investigate and if have determined that less than correct amount of Goods have been delivered to you we will arrange for the shortfall to be delivered to you in a reasonable period. If we have determined that, by mistake, more than correct amount of Goods have been delivered we are entitled to ask you to send back to us the extra Goods at our expense.

If you discover that the Goods are damaged or defective then you must notify us as soon as reasonably practicable following delivery and no later than seven (7) days from delivery. If the damage could not reasonably have been noticed you should notify as soon as reasonably practicable once you noticed the damage or defect.

Upon return of damaged or defective Goods, we will test them. If your claim that the Goods are damaged is valid then we will repair or replace the Goods or refund you for the defective Goods. If we determine in our own discretion that the Goods are not faulty then we shall be entitled to charge you for their return.

Cancellation and Returns are not accepted for items that are B Stock or sold as Used.
